This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is executed by the undersigned Participant, or the Participant’s Parent/Guardian if under the age of eighteen (18), in favor of Matador Wrestling Club LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, coaches, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”).1. Assumption of RiskThe undersigned acknowledges and understands that participation in wrestling, athletic training, conditioning, competitions, travel, and related activities involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. These risks include those associated with:Wrestling practices and competitions (falls, contact injuries, skin infections, concussions).Travel to and from practices, competitions, or training sites, whether by personal vehicle, bus, or other transportation.Off-site training or events, including risks associated with lodging, meals, and facilities not owned or controlled by Matador Wrestling Club LLC.The undersigned voluntarily elects to participate (or allow the minor Participant to participate) in such activities with full knowledge of these risks and assumes full responsibility for any and all resulting injuries, damages, or losses.2. Release and WaiverIn consideration for being permitted to participate in activities offered or arranged by Matador Wrestling Club LLC, the undersigned hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind, whether in law or in equity, arising out of or related to participation in such activities, including claims of negligence. This release extends to injuries, damages, or losses sustained before, during, or after participation, including while traveling to or from events, competitions, or training.3. Medical AuthorizationIn the event of a medical emergency, the undersigned authorizes the Released Parties to obtain medical treatment for the Participant. The undersigned agrees to be financially responsible for any medical services rendered and acknowledges that the Released Parties assume no responsibility for such costs.4. InsuranceThe undersigned understands and agrees that Matador Wrestling Club LLC does not provide accident, health, or medical insurance for participants. It is the responsibility of the Participant (or Parent/Guardian) to secure appropriate coverage.5. Code of ConductThe undersigned agrees that the Participant will abide by all rules, policies, and instructions of Matador Wrestling Club LLC. The Club reserves the right to suspend or remove any Participant for conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the Club’s standards, without refund.6. Media ReleaseThe undersigned grants permission for Matador Wrestling Club LLC to photograph, record, or otherwise capture the likeness of the Participant during activities, and to use such media for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.7. SeverabilityIf any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.8. Governing Law and VenueThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yuma County, Arizona.
